We’re not very sure how it has happened, but we are now in the sixth month of the year. In just the next four weeks, we will pass summer solstice, summer will officially arrive, and we’ll move into the second half of the calendar year. That means the next few weeks are the prime time to reflect, catch your breath, and plan ahead to maximise your success in the next six months.
What do you do when you make a perfectly sensible business decision only to find it is met with howls of outrage? Do you back down for a quiet life – after all, perception is everything and your brand is invaluable – or do you stick with what you believe is right?
